This Intranet based project has cut down the time of ICICI-PRU employees spend on routine communication tasks. Forums for FAQ regarding the sales procedures and guidelines has saved great amount of time for the users. Once users know how easily accessible these procedures are over the Intranet, they will prefer the faster solution. Result, Save time.
Similarly quiz related to contests, day-to-day procedures and policies help them to gain more knowledge about the products offer by the company to the customer. This enhances their confidence level while talking/convincing the client.

The project is working on ICICI prudential’s intranet now.
