Though we have developed a website for ISWA “Indian Society of Western Australia”, this project is an absolutely new domain where women of the association are organising an event celebrating Aussie – Indian women. The project includes registration for Stalls, Service Directory, Sponsorships, Performances & Event Ticket Booking. Payment gateway integration along with admin panel for managing the bookings are also important part of the complete project.

PIHMAA

PIHMAA stands for “Pusa Institute of Hotel Management Alumni Association”. As the name suggest the project developed for alumni association of Pusa Institute of Hotel Management, New Delhi. The project is all about Member registration, Event registration & Event management, Alumni profile management, News entry & modification, Classified entry, Seeking services entry, Innovations by members, Managing gallery, Payment collection (Membership & Events), Feedback etc.

Rajasthan Club

When it comes to event management, Odyssey’s performance create new standards where we provide “SAAS” (Software As A Service) to our clients. One of our esteem client “Rajasthan Club” has shown their confidence in our team & skills. The system consist of Member registration, Member attendance, Guest attendance, Payment receipt and Data upload facilities alsong with feature to use Smart Cards for Member Attendance at Event.

Zen Training Partners are an end-to-end executive behavioral training solutions firm with domain expertise in the field of learning and development best practices. Company business objective is to take the engagement to the next top level. This software was developed for maintaining the calling reports of an executive to the clients. NYSA helps to enhance the sales performance of the company by tracking all the actionable report, entry report etc.

Customer Satisfaction home as it's stands for CSI is a feedback form analysis system tailor made for YUM Foods India for their brand name called KFC. System includes entry screen for feedback forms, hierarchy based reporting to all the city managers, area coaches, store managers & regional heads. Besides detail data reports the system also have some important MIS at each level of hierarchy

Microsoft Event Management Software

When it came to manage events in India, Microsoft trusts Odyssey's Event Management Software. With an option to register a user for an event, marking its attendance once user check in to the event (facility to print a tag through thermal printer) software also tracks the turnaround numbers through reports. With a support from Odyssey's technical & managerial staff, the software has a made an impact in many microsoft events for hassle free entries.


SRS

Goal sheet tracking along with the sales reporting spreading across multiple channels (Direct Sales Force {DSF} and Third Party Distribution {TPD}) up to 8-10 levels of hierarchy on single screen with summary and detail reporting, the project turning to be a wish come true for the sales force at PAN India Level. Business Introduced, Business Completed, Business Pending, Lapsed, To Be Lapsed & Rejected are the modules in which data is displayed in the system.

Schedio

Kohler India Corporation is into high end bathroom fittings and has vast distribution, sales & services network spreading all over South Asia. The software deals with modules like forecasting, projects, display units, order booking, performa invoice, payments, invoicing, indent booking, purchase orders, inward, stocking, non returnable gate pass etc. Multilevel parameters for transactions & reporting made this product a must in use for Kohler officials. Helpline are being set up by odyssey for this project at its premises for managing the admin section of the project.


OS3

Online service solution system is developed for managing the complaints coming to the call center of an infrastructure proving company to a multinational PAN India basis. Lodging a complaint, providing a complaint number, tracking of status of complaint at each hierarchy level are different operating modules in the project. Vendor management is also an important aspect of this project.

Protia

Protia is a lead management system designed & developed as per requirements of metlife india. Project deals with creating a lead at one level & its assignment to agent/advisor at another level of hierarchy. Later in the process lead status updation & it's follow up by advisor is the core functionality of the system. Complete hierarchy in an orgnisation can trace the history of a particular lead in the system at its own login.


Icare

ICare is an abbreviation for internet cash receipting module developed for ICICI prudential life insurance company way back in 2006 and its successfully running on odyssey's server till date. System deals with issuing a receipt against pre defined payment methods at the spoke locations PAN India. Producing MIS for PAN India locations on a click of a button is a plus point of this project. The time bound execution of MIS at this project leads to uploading the data into the parent company's server daily.

Docall

Software deals with the issued of auto allocation of doctors to the applicant on the basis of age of the patient, city, pin code, category, sub category & test recommended to him by the insurance company. The complicated matrix of doctors, their contact details, test conducted by them, age of the patient and their selection by user on ASP Page made this project a complicated one. The outcome of the module is a letter issued to the user based upon his test and doctor's allocated to him. The project is working on ICICI prudential's intranet now.


Minds @ Work

This Intranet based project has cut down the time of ICICI-PRU employees spend on routine communication tasks. Forums for FAQ regarding the sales procedures and guidelines has saved great amount of time for the users. Once users know how easily accessible these procedures are over the Intranet, they will prefer the faster solution. Result, Save time.

The project is working on ICICI prudential's intranet now.

OST

Outsource Staff Tracking system was developed for ICICI prudential life insurance company to cater the need of maintaining the personal data of outsourced staff along with their leave management and monthly salary management.

The system also has features of generation full and final salaries of terminated/resigned employees. Branch wise management cost of service for outsourced staff is major task achieved by odyssey through this project. The project is working on ICICI prudential's intranet now.


SMIS

It's a web based transaction and analysis tool for a New Delhi based cable group. The features envisaged for the application is that the inventory and the accounting have to be integrated and it had to be a web based system. These members would be able to view only positions pertaining to the transactions authorized by them over the period of time.
