The software deals with modules like forecasting, projects, display units, order booking, performa invoice, payments, invoicing, indent booking, purchase orders, inward, stocking, non returnable gate pass etc. Multilevel parameters for transactions & reporting made this product a must in use for Kohler officials. Helpline are being set up by odyssey for this project at its premises for managing the admin section of the project.
Online service solution system is developed for managing the complaints coming to the call center of an infrastructure proving company to a multinational PAN India basis. Lodging a complaint, providing a complaint number, tracking of status of complaint at each hierarchy level are different operating modules in the project. Vendor management is also an important aspect of this project.
ICare is an abbreviation for internet cash receipting module developed for ICICI prudential life insurance company way back in 2006 and its successfully running on odyssey's server till date. System deals with issuing a receipt against pre defined payment methods at the spoke locations PAN India. Producing MIS for PAN India locations on a click of a button is a plus point of this project. The time bound execution of MIS at this project leads to uploading the data into the parent company's server daily.
Software deals with the issued of auto allocation of doctors to the applicant on the basis of age of the patient, city, pin code, category, sub category & test recommended to him by the insurance company. The complicated matrix of doctors, their contact details, test conducted by them, age of the patient and their selection by user on ASP Page made this project a complicated one. The outcome of the module is a letter issued to the user based upon his test and doctor's allocated to him. The project is working on ICICI prudential's intranet now.
This Intranet based project has cut down the time of ICICI-PRU employees spend on routine communication tasks. Outsource Staff Tracking system was developed for ICICI prudential
life insurance company to cater the need of maintaining the personal
data of outsourced staff along with their leave management and
monthly salary management.
The system also has features of generation full and final salaries
of terminated/resigned employees. Branch wise management cost of
service for outsourced staff is major task achieved by odyssey
through this project. The project is working on ICICI prudential's
intranet now.
It's a web based transaction and analysis tool for a New Delhi based cable group. The features envisaged for the application is that the inventory and the accounting have to be integrated and it had to be a web based system. These members would be able to view only positions pertaining to the transactions authorized by them over the period of time.
